About Ubersuper

I hereby, after 4 years, officially end the time of procrastination and write something on the about page.

First, looking for a way to contact me? → me {at} ubersuper {dot} com

What’s this site about?

In short, Übersuper is something between a personal website of a designer and a crappy little online mag with focus on inspiring things. A web designer sharing inspiration and having fun.

Here I like to share stuff I find and like. Mostly inspiring images, moods & colors, artists and their work series and sometimes just funny & geeky stuff. It’s like a Tumblr, ffffound or similar but handmade with WordPress.

Boring Story

I started Übersuper 2006 for pretty much the same purpose I use it now, a place to share web findings I like. The site was part of the CSS Reboot Nov. 1st 2006, it had an awesome first month, was featured in several CSS galleries and got visits from all over the world. Some stayed and traffic was growing slowly for the first three years and suddenly exploded, in its record month ubersuper.com served more than 750’000 pages. Thanks a lot!

Some of them follow ubersuper on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, digg, by email or use the RSS Feed, and so should you. ;)

Ah, and if you do so, you might come across my own little shorturl service thingy 3be.li, it means little grape in swiss-german.

Posting frequency may vary, sometimes once a week or twice a month, sometimes thrice a day. No Guarantees.

Hi, my name is Stefan

I’m a UI, Web & Graphics Designer. I live in Lucerne, Switzerland (Hence the sucky english). I run my own web & design studio and am a CoFounder of partiql. I share stuff I like on this very blog, send pictures from my mobile and update my status on Twitter.

Here is what people can say about/to me

Seriously, he puts chocolate and gummy bears in the fridge.
– Nosey guest

He doesn’t hate us for waking him up every morning.
– The sheeps across the street

He’s chaotic yet lovely, quite creative yet monkeybrains.
– My future wife (call me!)

Meow, meow, meow.
– My grandma
